What are the Health Benefits of Patchouli?

Patchouli is a very grounding and soothing essential oil for those who are feeling depressed, anxious, stressed out, tense, or experiencing sexual frigidity or detachment due to familiarity.

It is a wonderful astringent as it helps in tightening loose skin and regenerates skin cells. Patchouli essential oil reduces inflammation, kills bacteria, and prevents/destroys fungal infections. It also can aid with insect bites.

Patchouli can also be found to be a great alternative to insecticides when it comes to ants and other insects.
